As a licensed clinical psychologist at CSRR, I provide individual and couples therapy services for military, first responder, and civilian communities.
What motivates me to do this work?
I am passionate about helping individuals and couples improve their relationships, heal from difficult past experiences, and overcome a wide range of challenges presented in their daily lives. I am continually inspired by the fact that such work not only promotes well-being for each of my clients, but also plays a role in strengthening the community.
Background:
I received my B.A. in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, and my M.A. and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley. I completed a pre-doctoral internship at the VA Long Beach Healthcare System, and a postdoctoral fellowship at the VA San Diego Healthcare System. Prior to my graduate studies, I served as an officer in the U.S. Navy and was deployed overseas in support of combat operations.

Passions/interests:
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two kids, surfing, playing guitar, and camping.
